CityLife: Best HK Sevens memory?

Jamie: Making the Bowl final in 2013 after beating two Core Series teams in Argentina and the United States in the quarters and semi-finals.

CL: How would you recommend visitors to enjoy the HK Sevens?

Jamie: There are so many different things to get involved in at the Sevens. My advice would be to not hold back and do it all, so get dressed up, go to the South Stand and get over to the HSBC Sevens Village.

CL: Favourite things to do in Hong Kong?

Jamie: I like going out to the beaches in Hong Kong, like the ones at Shek O on the island or up to Tai Long Wan in Sai Kung.

CL: Where were you before becoming Hong Kong captain?

Jamie: Before turning professional with rugby, I was a science and PE teacher at South Island School.

CL: Favourite things about Hong Kong?

Jamie: You can be in the middle of the city and get out to a country park or out to a beach in 30 minutes!

CL: What other sports do you enjoy?

Jamie: I’m a big fan of most sports but especially enjoy football and watersports.

CL: Top three bars in Hong Kong?

Jamie: Rula Bula, Wagyu, and Sportsmans Bar at the HK Football Club.

CL: How has rugby changed your life?

Jamie: It has helped me to travel to lots of different places that I would have perhaps never been to and given me the chance to meet people from different countries.

Jamie: 我喜歡香港的海灘如石澳或西貢的大浪灣。

東方之珠: 你之前的工作是？
Jamie: 在成為全職欖球員前，我是南島中學的理科和體育老師。

東方之珠: 最愛香港的地方？
Jamie: 你可以在30分鐘內從市中心到達郊外或海灘。

東方之珠: 除了欖球，你還喜歡什麼運動？
Jamie: 我喜歡各類運動尤其是足球和水上運動。
